Dr. Andrew Shaun Dent was employed by ATKINS in June 2007 as the Senior Project Health and Safety Manager for the Central Market Project in Abu Dhabi until leaving in November 2010 to join Larsen & Toubro as the Cluster Head of EHS for all the High Rise Buildings. Dr Andrew Shaun Dent was born in Kingston upon Hull in the United Kingdom.
He started his long journey in Health and Safety whilst working for a local house building company in 1976. Dr. Andrew Shaun Dent then moved away from Hull to work for British Steel Corporation in Scunthorpe one of the largest producers in the world. Working from the shop floor level he became an active member of the emergency services which involved First Aid, Fire, rescue and Safety and was an active member for some 13 years.
Dr. Andrew Shaun Dent started out by taking redundancy from the steelworks and took his NEBOSH Certificate and then the NEBOSH Diploma, in the meantime he started his own Health, Safety, and Training Consultancy from his house in Scunthorpe with just him and a secretary and just 5 companies on his books. After one year Dr. Andrew Shaun Dent had reached 90 Companies on his books in Scunthorpe and employing 6 full time Consultants and 4 Office staff.
Dr Andrew Shaun Dent carried on working on his studies in Health and Safety and achieved a Bachelor of Science, then the Master of Science, then 2 PhD's from a pilot scheme run by a London University one in Occupational Health and Safety Management and one in Environmental Health and Safety after becoming a Professor for the University he carried on his education as well as working long hours in his business and being asked by the BBC if he would take part in a documentary with his wife and family called having it all series due to the Dr never being able to spend time with his family due to the working commitments of him and his wife Marie who worked 10-6 Shift Work at Golden Wonder. The Dr agreed and a documentary was made. The Dr Still continued to study doing NVQ's 4/5 and TESOL with London Teacher Training College so it would help him when he did lectures or carried out training for companies as he did so very frequently.
In 1997 the professor was approached by NVQ UK and asked if he would be an assessor for an OCR Pilot scheme being run for level 6/7 in Occupational Health and Safety. The professor continues to work and study just completed English Law Diploma at London Graduate College and is presently doing Business law to assist him in giving his position as Senior Project Health and Safety Manager of the Central Market extensive knowledge of Contract Law. Working on the Central Market Project has really given me the opportunity to implement my existing skills and knowledge in helping Abu Dhabi' MOL & ADM become the best when it comes down to saving people's lives and making Abu Dhabi Construction Industry be the safest in the UAE.

Dr. Waleed Montasser is a Chartered Waste Manager and Chartered Environmentalist and Occupational Health and Safety Professional with over 15 years in environmental, wastes and resources management as well as the circular economy. Dr. Montasser has worked with various wastes and environmental organisations in the UK such as DEFRA, WRAP and internationally with UNIDO, HP and Egyptian Environmental Affairs Agency (EEAA). For example, Dr. Montasser was part of an EU Mission to Chile. The Mission aimed to share EU best practices in municipal waste management with key stakeholders. This included meeting with stakeholders and delivering a public workshop discussing the future of wastes management in Chile. Dr. Montasser is now working with local partners in Chile to complete a follow-up project with the support of the EU. Waleed has been working in research projects in relation circular economy, such as The ReBus projects (Resource Efficient Business Models) (a Life+ funded project) and currently, is the coordinator of Circular Economy Working Group at RESURBE Project (2014-2016). Engr. Thomas Bismark Boakye is a product from St Augustine's College Cape Coast, Fire Academy and Training School, Ghana Institute of Journalism, Staff College, Institution of Fire Engineers UK Fire Service College UK, Crown Agents UK, IIT Delhi India and University of Ghana .
He has worked with the Togo National Fire Service as District Fire Officer for many years before joining the National Road Safety Commission in 2003 to date. He has worked in six out of the ten regions in Ghana , he has MPH, CMCILT, MIRTE, GIFireE and a member of the West African Road Safety Organisation, He also a FELLOW of Occupational Safety and Health Association (OSHAssociation UK). He has over 15 years' experience in highways condition assessment and standards, and also corporate responsibility (procurement and project management) in an integrated approach to asset management best practice. He oversees the monitoring of Hertfordshire pavement condition, with focus on the strategic inputs to asset management and education for sustainable development. He had gained an in-depth knowledge of managing data from capturing, processing and analysis to delivery/reporting. He is constantly reviewing Site Risk Assessment to address unforeseen risks present that Highways Inspectors might be exposed to.
Before joining HCC he lectured in all forms of geosciences for 12 years where he helped to establish the Department of Earth Sciences, Ogun State University (now Olabisi Onabanjo University) in Nigeria. As the Director of Departmental Consultancy Unit, he represented the department on national committees within the oil and mining industries, provided technical advice and research management to a government environmental task force and executed a variety of multi-disciplinary projects on sustainability strategies and technical (geological) input into exploration programmes (1989-93). In addition, he served as a Special Consultant to DFRRI groundwater development projects (1989- 91) and advised on the National Advisory Board on Strategic Solid minerals.
Tunde is a Chartered Environmentalist and a Chartered Scientist. He is a fellow of the Institute of Analysts & Programmes (IAP), member of Association of Sustainability Practitioners (ASP); he is professionally affiliated to the Institute of Asset Management (IAM). He has delivered technical papers at national and international conferences/meetings. Add to his achievements, Tunde has published technical papers in referred national and international journals. Following scholarships from the Ogun State Government of Nigeria, Federal Government of Nigeria and the Commonwealth, he graduated in the geosciences and holds degrees from the University of Ibadan Nigeria and Imperial College University of London also University of Wales.

He is currently Chief Operations Officer at Palime Group, Former Animal health technician at KZN Department of Agriculture, Environmental Affairs and Rural Development, Former Veterinary Manager at MZ Veterinary Services, Former Animal Health/ Production Officer at Department of Livestock Services, Maseru and other experiences.
Mosiova Palime is a Fellow of Occupational Safety and Health Association United Kingdom (OSHAssociation UK), Executive Board Member and currently the Regional President of the OSHAssociation UK – South Africa Region.
